On average each year, we complete 4 new construction and rehab homes in partnership with families through our Homeownership program. Each year, we ask contractors to submit bids for the upcoming build season.

Each of the homes that we build here in Kenosha are built mainly by the hands of volunteers. However, we typically contract out for the following:
- Foundation
- Concrete
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Roofing
